Blackboard Delete/Archive Request Form

University of the Incarnate Word faculty/administrator/staff who wish to delete or archive a UIW Blackboard course or organization must complete this change request form. You will be notified by email when your Bb course/organization has been deleted or archive. (Note - Bb courses are automatically archived and deleted at the end of each term. The Bb Administrator will notify faculty when this will occur.)
