Q: What is the IMS Systems Access Request form?
- The IMS Systems Access Request form is a form to be completed by supervisors or hiring managers when requesting new accounts, changes to existing accounts, or termination of account privileges in any of the following areas: Banner, Argos, or Xtender.

- We are implementing the IMS Systems Access Request form to better serve and track IMS systems users.

Q: Why would a supervisor or hiring manager need to fill out the form?
- A supervisor or hiring manager would need to fill out the form when requesting new accounts, changes to existing accounts, or termination of account privileges in one of the following areas: Banner, Argos, or Xtender.
- Some examples are:
- New employees
- Employees whose duties have changed
- Employees who have moved to another department
- Individuals who have left UIW employment

Q: Why does a supervisor/hiring manager have to provide the employee’s job duties in Section D of the form?
- To help IMS effectively grant access and to ensure the employee has the required access to perform their job duties.

Q: What do I do with the form after I have completed it?
- Completed forms can be forwarded by email, fax or internal mail to the IMS department (see the form for more details).
