We also deliver equipment off-site. If you have a full version of Adobe Acrobat, you may now place equipment orders on line. Just fill out the correct PDF, save it, then attach it to an email and send it to the Media Center at mediacenter@uiwtx.edu. If your computer has the Acrobat Reader, simply print the form, fill it out, and fax it to us at 829-3915. If you do not have Acrobat at all, choose the Microsoft Word version of the form.
