The UIW community can use this form to request a lecture capture using the ECHO 360 © system. The lecture capture system can capture the speakers audio, video of the speaker presenting and video of the presentation off of the PC for any event held in the Feik School of Pharmacy classrooms.  The lecture can be either sent to the requestor, and/or posted on our UIW iTunes U site. Posting items to iTunes is agreeing with UIW's Release form. All fields must be filled out before submission.
