iTunes U Request Course Creation

University of the Incarnate Word faculty /staff requesting to have a course created to the iTunes site must provide the UIW iTunes Systems Administrator with certain information. You will be notified by email when your course has been added to iTunes. (You must have a university email account before a request can be created).

Once your course has been created, you will be able to log into Blackboard at http://blackboard.uiwtx.edu using your email login and the password you have been assigned. Then by clicking the iTunes link under the ‘My UIW’ tab. Users cannot change the Course ID or Course title.

A public site is visible for all users to UIW on iTunes U. A private site will only be visible to students who are currently enrolled in the private courses site. Please allow 2 working days for processing. Any files not in the iTunes media format must be converted before posting; this may cause additional time before data is posted. Please refer back the iTunes FAQs for correct media format for iTunes U.

The use of iTunes U at the University of the Incarnate Word is only for courses sponsored by the institution.
